When we put our communities first, we can find innovative alternatives to our criminal justice system. Wendy supports the Pennsylvania Grand Jury's recommendations to eliminate the criminal statute of limitations for child sexual abuse and lengthening the time allowed for victims to bring civil lawsuits.

Wendy will support treatment-based alternatives to sentencing guidelines for those battling addiction. Wendy also supports moving forward on the decriminalizing of recreational marijuana in the state.
